Sitting on a large site with a large private garden Ardmore House is a small family run establishment where we offer a warm , comfortable and friendly environment coupled with courteous and dedicated service . Our rooms are both spacious and comfortable whilst our common areas are well appointed and cosy . We are dedicated to making your stay in Belfast memorable.


Situated on Finaghy Road North which is one of the main routes between West Belfast and South Belfast, Ardmore House is ideally located being only a few minutes walk in either direction from the world famous West of the City with all it's history and wonderful people or the leafy Lisburn Road with it's abundance of coffee shops atmospheric restaurants and exclusive shopping . Public transport is readily available with a number of bus routes metres from the door and Finaghy Halt is a two minute walk where a modern, regular and efficient rail service will whisk you into Belfast City centre in less than ten minutes. Some of the best golf courses in Ireland and public parks are only minutes away . The two airports that serve Belfast are only twenty minutes away while Belfast seaport is fifteen minutes away and the port of Larne forty five minutes. The M1 motorway is just five minutes away.

Each of our fully en-suite bedrooms comes with a double bed and a single bed giving our customers a high degree of flexibility whether you require a single , double or triple we have it covered , a family room can be arranged on request . The rooms are well appointed and are warm and cosy, a hair drier and an iron are also available. Wi-Fi is available to our guests free of charge and there is a television in all rooms.


A large cosy lounge is provided for our guests where you can watch the latest film or sporting event with our full sky package on a 42 inch plasma screen or avail of our pool table which is provided free to our guests , a croquet set is also available for use in our large garden (Summer only).The guest kitchen which can be found adjacent to the lounge is fully equipped where our guests are able to make themselves a cup of tea or coffee which is supplied, guests may also bring their own food and cook it here at their leisure.  Secure on-site parking for up to 9 cars is also available free of charge for our guests.
